The Hitachi Consumables Kit includes a set of parts carefully chosen specifically for Hitachi SEMs. This kit is designed for SEM technicians and users to keep SEMs up and running with a ready to use kit of the most commonly used parts. These cost effective SEM Consumable kits are available for FEI, Hitachi, JEOL, TESCAN & Zeiss.

Four versions of the kit are available:

With filaments and hazardous items (AGSEMKIT-HITACHI)
With filaments and without hazardous items (AGSEMKIT-HITACHI-H)
Without filaments and with hazardous items (AGSEMKIT-HITACHI-2)
Without filaments and without hazardous items (AGSEMKIT-HITACHI-2-H)
